Employment

The youth employment program is upskilling young persons with disabilities with employability and life skills and connecting them with job opportunities across Nigeria. Since 2020, we have trained and connected about 235 young persons with disabilities to jobs and recorded about a 50% retention rate, with an average of 150% increase in household income.
