Since 2019, we have trained and worked with various organisations, especially in the private sector, to help improve disability accessibility in their corporate policies, processes, programs and platforms. This started when we co-design the development of the Disability Accessibility Toolkit in partnership with Sightsavers Nigeria under the Inclusion Works program. We have worked with over 50 organisations, using this toolkit and other tools to help improve their disability confidence and drive demand for talents with disabilities in the formal sector.
