The State of Disability Inclusion Report (SDIR) is a Nigeria’s first comprehensive nationwide assessment that evaluates how well states in Nigeria are implementing disability rights and inclusion policies since the 2019 Nigeria Disability Act, (Discrimination Against Persons with Disabilities Prohibition Act.

- 23 states have disability laws, but only 15 have active agencies for implementation.
- New facilities are more accessible, but older ones remain largely inaccessible.
